Pearl

A rare pearl – Restore Stamina and Magicka, Fortify Block and Resist Shock.

Pearls are surprisingly hard to come by in the base game – in vanilla Skyrim you’ll mostly find them in shops and on high-level enemies. The add-ons make them far easier to collect. All four effects are positive: Restore Stamina, Restore Magicka, Fortify Block and Resist Shock.
