Red Mountain Flower is the magicka-flavoured member of the mountain flower family. Restore Magicka and Fortify Magicka make it a cheap mage favourite – just be careful which ingredient you pair it with, because Ravage Magicka and Damage Health can sneak into the result.
Alchemy effects
The effects are listed in the order you discover them by eating the ingredient or using it in a potion. Two ingredients make a potion when they share at least one effect.
- Restore Magicka – instantly restores spent Magicka. Also on: Briar Heart, Creep Cluster, Dwarven Oil, Ectoplasm, Elves Ear, Fire Salts, Frost Salts, Giant Lichen, Grass Pod, Human Flesh, Moon Sugar, Mora Tapinella, Pearl, Taproot, Vampire Dust, White Cap.
- Ravage Magicka – a concentrated poison that lowers the target’s Magicka for a while. Also on: Frost Mirriam, Grass Pod, Lavender, Orange Dartwing, White Cap.
- Fortify Magicka – raises your maximum Magicka for a while. Also on: Briar Heart, Ectoplasm, Histcarp, Jazbay Grapes, Tundra Cotton, Void Salts.
- Damage Health – a poison effect that deals instant damage to the target’s Health. Also on: Crimson Nirnroot, Deathbell, Ectoplasm, Falmer Ear, Human Flesh, Human Heart, Imp Stool, Jarrin Root, Nightshade, Nirnroot, River Betty, Skeever Tail, Small Antlers, Troll Fat, Void Salts.
