Human Flesh is one of Skyrim’s darker ingredients. You won’t get it from slain humans – it turns up in Black Sacrament rituals, Falmer lairs and vampire tables instead. Grim as it is, it’s useful: Paralysis and Damage Health for poisons, Fortify Sneak and Restore Magicka for potions.
