Frost Mirriam is a dried herb you’ll see hanging in bundles in homes and taverns. It costs next to nothing, but Resist Frost and Fortify Sneak make it surprisingly useful, especially for stealthy characters roaming the snowy north.
Alchemy effects
The effects are listed in the order you discover them by eating the ingredient or using it in a potion. Two ingredients make a potion when they share at least one effect.
- Resist Frost – reduces the frost damage you take for a while. Also on: Frost Salts, Hawk Beak, Moon Sugar, Purple Mountain Flower, Silverside Perch, Slaughterfish Scales, Small Pearl, Snowberries, Thistle Branch.
- Fortify Sneak – makes you harder to detect for a while. Also on: Abecean Longfin, Beehive Husk, Hawk Feathers, Human Flesh, Powdered Mammoth Tusk, Purple Mountain Flower.
- Ravage Magicka – a concentrated poison that lowers the target’s Magicka for a while. Also on: Grass Pod, Lavender, Orange Dartwing, Red Mountain Flower, White Cap.
- Damage Stamina Regen – a poison effect that slows the target’s Stamina regeneration for a short time. Also on: Creep Cluster, Daedra Heart, Giant’s Toe, Histcarp, Juniper Berries, Large Antlers, Silverside Perch, Skeever Tail, Wheat.
