Falmer Ear

A pointed ear taken from the Falmer – poison material with Fortify Lockpicking on the side.

Falmer Ears come from the blind, twisted elves who live deep under Skyrim. They’re a slightly unpleasant souvenir with a practical side: Damage Health and Frenzy make for nasty poisons, and Fortify Lockpicking can help a thief through a tricky chest.
