The Giant’s Toe is always the big toe, and it’s taken from a giant who no longer needs it. It’s heavy for an ingredient and worth 20 gold, but its real trick is Fortify Health that lasts five times longer than on other ingredients – 300 seconds instead of 60. Fortify Carry Weight is on there too.

Tips and trivia
During A Night to Remember, a Giant’s Toe becomes a quest item and can’t be used until the quest is done. Its long-lasting Fortify Health potions sell well, so many players use Giant’s Toe to level Alchemy.
