Imp Stool is an unremarkable grey mushroom with a very remarkable effect list. Paralysis, Damage Health and Lingering Damage Health all on one cap make it one of the most popular poison ingredients in Skyrim. It’s worth nothing to merchants, but a lot to assassins.

Tips and trivia
Popular poison combinations pair it with Canis Root (shares Paralysis) or Deathbell (shares Damage Health). Its Restore Health effect is weak, so it’s not a healing ingredient.
