Silverside Perch is a small silver fish you can grab by hand in Skyrim’s rivers and lakes. It’s worth 15 gold, and its mix of Restore Stamina and Resist Frost suits travellers in the cold north, while Ravage Health and Damage Stamina Regen work in poisons.
Alchemy effects
The effects are listed in the order you discover them by eating the ingredient or using it in a potion. Two ingredients make a potion when they share at least one effect.
- Restore Stamina – instantly restores spent Stamina. - Ravage Health – a concentrated poison that lowers the target’s Health for a while. Also on: Cyrodilic Spadetail, Eye of Sabre Cat, Giant Lichen, Jazbay Grapes, Skeever Tail.
- Resist Frost – reduces the frost damage you take for a while. Also on: Frost Mirriam, Frost Salts, Hawk Beak, Moon Sugar, Purple Mountain Flower, Slaughterfish Scales, Small Pearl, Snowberries, Thistle Branch.
