Moon Sugar is the crystalline sugar Khajiit use in their cooking – and in skooma. At 50 gold it’s one of the more valuable ingredients, and Restore Magicka, Regenerate Magicka and Resist Frost make it genuinely useful for mages. Whatever the in-game descriptions suggest, eating it raw has no strange side effects.
