Silana Petreia is an Imperial priestess serving at the Temple of the Divines in Solitude. The Divines – and the temple – once pulled her off the streets, and she’s never forgotten it. Now she’s convinced the temple should be doing far more for Solitude’s struggling families.
Where to find them
She splits her time between the temple itself and strolls around the city’s marketplace, where she likes to check in on traders such as Evette San, chatting about the upcoming wedding of Vittoria Vici.

She can be one of the people you need to rescue on a rescue mission for the Companions.
Personality & relationships
Silana is an acolyte under Freir and Rorlund, and she regularly nudges both of them. She tells Freir that the city’s poor are starving and need the temple to reach out, and argues with Rorlund that while Stendarr and Zenithar may expect strength from the needy, Mara and Dibella expect compassion from everyone else. Rorlund doesn’t stop her, but asks her not to neglect her temple duties.
Good to know
For a priestess at an Imperial-run temple, she has a surprising reaction to Roggvir‘s execution: she quietly says “Talos protect you.” Steal from the temple and she may send hired thugs after you – compassion has its limits.
