Una is a Nord maid working at the Blue Palace in Solitude. She takes cleaning very seriously, has a long list of chores and little patience for anyone tracking dirt across her freshly cleaned floors. She shares the job with Erdi, which is a problem, because Una really doesn’t like Erdi.
Where to find them
Inside the Blue Palace, busy with housekeeping.
Quests
The Mind of Madness: to get into the sealed Pelagius Wing you need a key, and Una is one of the two maids who carries one. Ask either her or Erdi to let you in.
Personality & relationships
Una is hard to please and proud of it. She tells the bard Lisette that she keeps trying to see the appeal of all that musical frivolity, without much luck. What actually makes her happy is a clean palace, beds made on time and Erdi being somewhere else – and none of those happen often enough for her taste.
Good to know
Attack her or steal from the Blue Palace and she may send hired thugs after you.
