Vittoria Vici is an Imperial noble living in Solitude, the daughter of Alexia Vici and the fiancée of Asgeir Snow-Shod. She’s also a cousin of Emperor Titus Mede II – though she’s quick to stress that she earned her place at the East Empire Company by her own hard work, not her family name.
Where to find them
She has a house in Solitude, which she shares with Aquillius Aeresius. During the day she works at the customs office by the entrance to the East Empire Company Warehouse, outside the city walls, overseeing the Company’s shipments. Despite this, she never trades with you. If you aren’t involved with the Dark Brotherhood she may also wander in and around town.
Quests
The Spiced Wine: Evette San needs her spice shipment released. Vittoria wants a hefty 2,000 gold tariff, but a successful persuasion or a smaller bribe also works, since she likes Evette’s wine. Evette thanks you with two bottles of spiced wine.
Diplomatic Immunity: she attends the party for business reasons, saying the Company keeps on good terms with potential partners. With enough Speech you can talk her into causing a distraction, though she worries about upsetting Elenwen.
Bound Until Death: the big one. Astrid of the Dark Brotherhood sends you to kill Vittoria at her wedding, so that her death provokes the Emperor into visiting Skyrim. Babette tips you off that the bonus comes from killing her during her balcony speech; how you do it doesn’t matter, even casting Frenzy on the groom works. Veezara then shows up to cover your escape. She is essential until this quest.
Personality & relationships
Vittoria is ambitious and businesslike, with no time for anyone she considers lazy or cowardly, and talks about her wedding constantly. She calls the Thalmor party a bore, but admits the Thalmor have deep pockets and she’s open to doing business with them. At the wedding she warmly welcomes Legion and Stormcloak sympathisers alike.
Good to know
After her death her wedding outfit and ring lie in her coffin in the Solitude catacombs. Taking them counts as theft, but a Thieves Guild fence like Tonilia can clear that. The Creation Kit lists her as boss of Deeja and Jaree-Ra. And somewhat awkwardly, she sleeps in the same bed as Aquillius, not Asgeir.
