Safia is an Imperial pirate and Nightblade aboard the Red Wave, a ship docked beside the East Empire Company Warehouse below Solitude. She has survived more than one attempt on her life and isn’t remotely worried about the next one.
Where to find them
She stays on the Red Wave.
Quests
Contract: Kill Safia: she is the last target in the series of side contracts handed out by Nazir of the Dark Brotherhood. Once you hold the contract, she sees right through you. Whatever you say – the Brotherhood’s name, a reference to the Dread Lord, or nothing at all – she mocks it, tells you she’s done this dance before, and turns hostile as soon as the conversation ends. Expect a fight on a ship full of her crew-mates.
Personality & relationships
Safia is cocky and sharp-tongued. To her, assassins are just an occupational hazard of the pirate life, and she finds the Dark Brotherhood’s rituals and catchphrases laughably predictable. She calls you “sweetie” before trying to kill you, which tells you most of what you need to know.
