Fihada is a Redguard merchant and the owner of the Fletcher, the bow and arrow shop in Solitude. He calls himself the finest fletcher in the land, and he has the patter to match: he may look like a dashing swordsman, he says, but he much prefers a sharp mind to a sharp blade.

Behind the counter at the Fletcher, usually with his apprentice Jawanan working nearby.

Sells bows, arrows and other fletching and archery supplies. He would rather not know what you plan to hunt with them.
Personality & relationships
Fihada is a charmer and a bit of a flirt, with opinions on Solitude’s ladies that compare them to the city itself – stormy outside, charming within. He used to be an Imperial ranger, which is apparently where he picked up both his bow-making and his quick tongue, though he admits his fellow soldiers were not fans of the latter.
Jawanan came all the way from Hammerfell to learn under him, and Fihada coaches him with patient advice: take your time, or you’ll warp the wood. He even reckons the lad would make a better ranger than he ever did.
Ask him for arrows that can bring down a dragon and he gets deliciously sarcastic, offering a rainbow-shooting bow and a beer-dispensing quiver to go with them, before reminding you not to insult his intelligence.
Good to know
If Fihada dies, Jawanan takes over the shop and offers the same merchant services.
