Call of Valor is your reward for ending the World-Eater. Shout it, and one of the three ancient heroes who first defeated Alduin crosses from Sovngarde to fight beside you.
How to get it
Tsun grants it to you at the very end of the main quest, after you defeat Alduin in Dragonslayer.
How it works
Each use summons one of the three heroes – Gormlaith Golden-Hilt, Hakon One-Eye or Felldir the Old – as a spectral warrior who fights for a while before returning to the Hall of Valor. The cooldown is 180 seconds no matter how many words you use.
