Idgrod Ravencrone is the elderly Jarl of Hjaalmarch, ruling from Highmoon Hall in Morthal. She claims to be a seer who receives visions in her dreams, speaks in riddles and patient proverbs – and many of her people suspect she is slowly losing her grip.
Personality
Idgrod is calm, wise and learned, if a little mysterious. She sides with the Empire, but she is not very interested in the war, and she has no love for the Thalmor. She tends to ignore the “petty” problems of her hold, which does not help her popularity.
Family and court
- Husband and steward: Aslfur
- Children: Idgrod the Younger and Joric
- Housecarl: Gorm
Falion
Idgrod welcomes the wizard Falion into her circle, which makes many locals distrust her even more. She insists he is far more helpful than the town believes.
Civil War
If the Stormcloaks take Hjaalmarch, Idgrod is replaced by Sorli the Builder.
