Cyclone is a whirlwind with a grudge. Enemies caught in it are lifted into the air and dropped again – a bit like Unrelenting Force, but upwards.

Added by the Dragonborn add-on. Word Walls on Solstheim at Benkongerike, White Ridge Barrow and Kolbjorn Barrow.
Tips
Because the cyclone throws enemies up, they take fall damage even on flat ground, so it often deals more damage than Unrelenting Force where there’s no cliff to push them off.
