Raw Meat

All raw meats in Skyrim, plus the simple haunches, with their effects, values, weights, form IDs and the dishes each one is cooked into.

Raw meat is the backbone of cooking in Skyrim. Eaten as it is, it restores only 1 to 5 Health, but at a cooking pot or spit almost every cut becomes a far better meal, usually with just a Salt Pile. This page also covers the two simple haunches made from horse and rabbit. Every character knows all cooking recipes from the start.
