Leg of Goat Roast is a whole goat leg rubbed with salt and roasted over the fire. The finished roast is a solid, no-frills meal. It is on the heavy side at 1.0 weight and sells for 4 gold.

Eating it restores 10 points of Health. It is a simple instant restore without any lasting effect, putting it at the upper end of what plain cooked meat provides. It still heals less than a dedicated potion, but costs only a salt pile and some meat you would otherwise sell for little.
