Horker Stew

Horker Stew is a hearty Skyrim dish of horker meat, tomato, garlic and lavender that restores Health and Stamina and heals over time.

Horker Stew is a filling coastal dish built around the fatty meat of the horker, simmered with tomato, garlic and a sprig of lavender. It is one of the better everyday meals the game has to offer, combining an instant boost with slow healing that lasts long after you have put the bowl down. It weighs 0.5 and is worth 8 gold.

Effects

  • Restores 15 points of Health.
  • Restores 15 points of Stamina.
  • Restores 1 point of Health per second for 720 seconds (12 minutes).

Over its full duration the slow regeneration adds up to far more healing than the instant part, making the stew a good meal to eat before heading into a dungeon. Long-lasting food like this cuts down on how often you need to open the menu to heal.
