Restore Stamina potions instantly refill 25 to 150 points of stamina, or all of it, keeping you sprinting and power attacking.

Restore Stamina potions refill your stamina bar the moment you drink them. Stamina fuels sprinting, power attacks, shield bashes and blocking, so melee fighters and anyone fleeing from a dragon will burn through it fast. The six tiers run from a modest 25 points to the Ultimate potion, which tops the bar off completely.

Where to find them

These are among the leveled potions you collect as loot and buy from vendors who stock potions, with the stronger tiers showing up more as the Dragonborn levels. In Riften, Talen-Jei at The Bee and Barb also sells three drinks, Cliff Racer, Velvet LeChance and White-Gold Tower, that each restore 25 stamina. Skooma restores 25 stamina as well.

Brewing your own

Restore Stamina is one of the easiest effects to make with the Alchemy skill, because so many ingredients carry it:

With this many sources, it pays to pick pairs that share a second useful effect, such as Large Antlers with Torchbug Thorax, which also share Fortify Stamina.

Tips

Restoring stamina only fills the bar you already have. To make the bar itself bigger, use Fortify Stamina potions.
