Threki the Innocent

Threki the Innocent is a Nord prisoner locked in Riften Jail for calling Ulfric Stormcloak a liar, and she insists she did nothing wrong.
“This is what happens to you when you speak your mind in this city.”

Threki the Innocent is a Nord woman serving time in Riften Jail in Riften. Her crime? Publicly calling Ulfric Stormcloak a liar. As the nickname suggests, she considers herself completely innocent – and in a city loyal to the Stormcloaks, that counts for very little.

Where to find them

Threki is in a cell in Riften Jail. Her cell door can’t be opened, so you can only talk to her through the bars.

Personality & relationships

Threki is bitter but unrepentant. She believes Ulfric doesn’t really care about Talos and is simply using the cause to get the throne, and she blames his ambition for the lives lost in the war. She also wonders aloud whether she’s better off staying behind bars, since at least she’ll go out with a clear conscience.

Good to know

Oddly, she isn’t freed even if Riften changes hands – she stays in her cell whether the Imperial Legion takes the city during Reunification of Skyrim or gets it in exchange for Markarth during Season Unending. Be careful sitting in the chair or feeding on her near her cell: either can drop you inside with her and no way out.
