Irlof is a Nord crewman of the Blood Horker pirates, serving under captain Stig Salt-Plank. He’s easy to pick out of the crowd: he is blind in his left eye and has the battered, weather-worn face of a man who has been in a few too many fights.
Where to find them
Irlof hangs out in the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar with his captain and shipmates such as Gjuk and Alding. Even once their business with you is over, the pirates don’t bother to leave – they stay parked at the inn for good.
Quests
He is part of Stig’s crew during Rise in the East, the East Empire Company storyline in which you track down the Blood Horkers. Irlof has no lines of his own worth noting; he is there to back up his captain, and he fights with a one-handed weapon if a brawl breaks out.
Personality & relationships
The crew is not exactly beloved in Dawnstar. The inn’s bard Karita serves them mead with very obvious disgust, and their crude replies don’t help their case. Irlof is one of the faces at that table, though the source says little about him beyond his scarred look and his loyalty to Stig.
