Gjuk is a Nord warrior and crewman of the Blood Horker pirates, the gang that sails under captain Stig Salt-Plank. He’s not a mastermind or a talker – he’s the muscle that makes a pirate crew look like a pirate crew.
Where to find them
You’ll meet Gjuk inside the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar, sitting with his captain and the rest of the crew, including Alding and Irlof. The pirates have made the inn their hangout, much to the annoyance of the staff.
Quests
Gjuk is part of the crew you run into during Rise in the East, the East Empire Company questline that sends you after the Blood Horkers. He doesn’t have a role of his own beyond backing up Stig, so treat him as part of the package deal.
Personality & relationships
The crew’s reputation at the Windpeak Inn is not great. The resident bard Karita can be heard telling the pirates exactly what she thinks of them while serving their mead, and Gjuk is one of the rowdy sailors on the receiving end. Beyond that, the source tells us very little about him personally – he’s a loyal crewman and that’s about it.
