Severio Pelagia is an Imperial who fought in a war, most likely with the Imperial Legion, and then traded his sword for a rake. He owns Pelagia Farm just outside the walls of Whiterun, and he wants you to know that the war years were pointless and a patch of good soil is all he needs now.

He works at Pelagia Farm during the day, drinks at the Drunken Huntsman in the evening, and sleeps at his own house inside Whiterun.

He buys harvested crops: cabbage for 2 gold each, and potatoes and leeks for 1 gold each. The leek option sometimes doesn’t appear.
Personality & relationships
Severio is content and a bit of a farm evangelist. He worries about the cold ruining his crops and tells you to buy from Carlotta Valentia‘s stall, since much of her stock comes from his fields. He is the lover of Nimriel, who looks after the farm for him. His easygoing attitude puts him in the same camp as Gwilin.
Good to know
Enjoy him while he lasts. His house is destroyed in the catapult barrage during the Battle for Whiterun whichever side you fight for, and he seems to die eventually even if you never start the war. If you have sold him vegetables, he leaves you 100 gold as an inheritance, and you can then take things from his house and farmhouse without it counting as theft. Steal from him while he’s alive and he sends hired thugs.
