Hroki is a Nord from Markarth and the daughter of Kleppr and Frabbi, who run the Silver-Blood Inn. She is supposed to help out there, but she is far more often found browsing the market with her father’s money.
Where to find them
During the day she hangs around the market stalls just inside the city gates. At night she works at the Silver-Blood Inn. She has little to say in the market beyond the usual greetings. At the inn she is more talkative.
Quests
She is one of the marks for Delvin Mallory‘s Fishing Jobs for the Thieves Guild. In her case, he wants her Flawless Ruby.
Personality & relationships
Hroki has expensive tastes and a short temper with merchants. She shops at Kerah‘s jewellery stall, hunting for something exotic that nobody else in town owns, and has her eye on a ring made by Kerah’s daughter Adara. Her real feud is with Hogni Red-Arm: she calls him disgusting, tells him to get his bloody meat away from her, and threatens to have him dragged to Cidhna Mine. She says her father is more generous than he lets on, which explains all the shopping.
Good to know
Although she is clearly grown up, the game gives her the Child class, which may mean she’s meant to be a teenager. She wears rare tavern clothes, and kill her father or rob the inn and she may send hired thugs after you. Her brother is Hreinn.
