Morven is a Breton citizen of Markarth who is secretly a member of the Forsworn. He spends his days looking after Nepos the Nose, which sounds harmless enough until you learn who Nepos really works for.
Where to find them
He is usually inside Nepos’s House in Markarth. He has a few lines of dialogue but nothing for you to actually do with him.
Quests
Morven is one of the Forsworn agents you meet during The Forsworn Conspiracy. Once you finish talking to Nepos, the friendly act drops: Morven attacks along with Nepos and the other members of the household, Tynan and Uaile.
Personality & relationships
Morven doesn’t say much about himself. All we really know is that he cares for Nepos, and that his loyalty lies with the Forsworn rather than the city.
