Fruit and Vegetables

An overview of Skyrim’s raw fruit and vegetables, from cabbage and potatoes to Dragonborn’s ash yam, with stats and the dishes they go into.

Raw fruit and vegetables are the cheapest food in Skyrim. Eaten on their own they barely restore anything – 1 or 2 Health each – but almost every soup and stew starts with them, so they are worth picking up for the cooking pot rather than for eating raw.
