The Vigor poisons shut down a target’s Stamina regeneration completely. Once the poison lands, the victim cannot recover the Stamina they spend, so every power attack, sprint or bash drains them further with nothing coming back. They work best against melee fighters who depend on Stamina, and they pair well with Damage Stamina Poisons that drain the pool directly.
All tiers

Every tier stops regeneration entirely; the stronger versions simply keep it stopped for longer.
Where to find them
Like other ready-made poisons, they are leveled and appear more often at higher player levels. They can be bought from merchants who sell potions and poisons, found as loot, or brewed yourself.
Brewing your own
Using the Alchemy skill, you can create this poison from these ingredients: Creep Cluster, Daedra Heart, Frost Mirriam, Giant’s Toe, Histcarp, Juniper Berries, Large Antlers, Silverside Perch, Skeever Tail, Wheat. Any two ingredients that share an effect will combine into a potion at an alchemy lab. If you are unsure what an ingredient does, eating one reveals one of its hidden effects, and the Experimenter perk reveals more per bite, so you can later pick the effect straight from the lab menu instead of guessing.
Poisons are not drunk; you apply them to your weapon, and the effect is delivered with your next successful hit.
