Stamina fuels power attacks, sprinting and shield bashes, so an enemy without it is a much less dangerous enemy. Damage Stamina poisons drain a chunk of the target’s Stamina in one go, from 30 points for the weakest bottle up to 130 for the deadliest. Coat your blade, land a hit and watch a heavy hitter run out of steam. They are best against warriors and brutes who rely on raw physical force.

Where to find them
Like other leveled poisons, these show up in loot, on characters and at merchants who stock potions and poisons. Your level decides which tier is most likely to appear.
Brewing your own
With the Alchemy skill you can brew Damage Stamina poisons at an alchemy lab. A long list of ingredients carries the effect:
- Berit’s Ashes
- Blisterwort
- Blue Butterfly Wing
- Bone Meal
- Canis Root
- Crimson Nirnroot
- Cyrodilic Spadetail
- Giant’s Toe
- Jarrin Root
- Nirnroot
- Rock Warbler Egg
- Spider Egg
Once brewed, apply the poison to your weapon from the inventory; the next successful hit delivers it.
