Alexia Vici is an Imperial noblewoman in Solitude, mother of Vittoria Vici and aunt of Emperor Titus Mede II. That makes the bride at Solitude’s big society wedding the Emperor’s cousin – and Alexia will make sure you know it.

You will mostly meet her at Vittoria’s wedding reception in Solitude, where she spends the party complaining to anyone within earshot.

Bound Until Death – Alexia is a guest at the wedding of Vittoria and Asgeir Snow-Shod, the very ceremony the Dark Brotherhood wants to ruin. Once the bride is dead, Alexia’s snobbery gives way to genuine, wailing grief.
Personality & relationships
Alexia considers Nords uncivilised brutes and Stormcloaks even worse, so a Nord son-in-law – and having to pay his family a dowry – is about the worst news she could get. She is just as sour about her nephew the Emperor, who is apparently too busy being Emperor to come to his own cousin’s wedding.
Stick around and you may catch her squabbling with Vulwulf Snow-Shod about the civil war. She calls the rebels traitors; he asks whether Cyrodiil fighting off the elves of the Dominion was treason too. She insists that was completely different, which is more or less exactly his point.
