Tynan is a Breton Reachman in Markarth who works as a servant for Nepos the Nose. He seems devoted to the old man – and he is, just not in the way the city thinks. Tynan is a member of the Forsworn, placed in the house to watch over Nepos.
Where to find them
He never leaves Nepos’ House, where he spends his days looking after his master.
Quests
The Forsworn Conspiracy: once you finish your conversation with Nepos, Tynan, Uaile, Morven and Nepos himself all turn hostile and attack. Expect a fight in close quarters.
Personality & relationships
There isn’t much personality on display: Tynan has no unique dialogue and only offers the generic greetings any townsperson would. His whole role is to look harmless until the moment he isn’t. He is one of the three agents – along with Uaile and Morven – that Nepos keeps close, and like the others he answers to the cause rather than to the old man’s comfort.
