Siddgeir is the young Nord Jarl of Falkreath Hold, ruling from the Jarl’s Longhouse in Falkreath. He took the throne from his uncle, Dengeir of Stuhn. Siddgeir says his uncle was simply too old and frail to rule; Dengeir insists it was an Imperial plot, since his nephew gets on very well with the Legion.
Personality
Siddgeir is lazy and more than a little condescending. He leaves most of the actual work to his steward, Nenya, and cheerfully suggests that you should become a jarl too – after all, jarls are rich and powerful and do not have to do anything.
Quests
Before he will give you work, Siddgeir expects a “proper tribute”: a bottle of Black-Briar Mead. Bring it to him and he will start treating you as someone worth talking to.
Civil War
If the Stormcloaks take Falkreath Hold, his uncle Dengeir of Stuhn returns to the throne.
Good to know
With Hearthfire, Siddgeir’s steward can sell you land near Falkreath to build Lakeview Manor.
