Rhiada is a Breton who works as the receptionist at the Silver-Blood Treasury House in Markarth. She describes herself as just a servant, keeps the records and is perfectly happy with her good wages – even if the lady of the house treats her like furniture.
Where to find them
She is at work inside the Treasury House, near the entrance.
Quests
The Forsworn Conspiracy: to reach Thonar Silver-Blood you have to get past Rhiada, who insists he isn’t seeing visitors. Persuade, bribe or intimidate her and she’ll let you through. Your talk with Thonar sets off the hidden Forsworn agents Nana Ildene and Donnel, and the fight that follows is dangerous for everyone in the room. Watch your swings: hitting Rhiada or Thonar by accident brings the guards and a bounty.
Personality & relationships
Rhiada is married to Eltrys. During the conspiracy he mentions that she is expecting a baby, though nothing in the game ever shows it. Betrid Silver-Blood constantly scolds her, and if Rhiada survives the attack, Thonar starts complimenting her and asking about her marriage. She is fond of Nana Ildene and even asks her whether the Treasury House is safe from the Forsworn – an awkward question in hindsight. Ask her about the business and she explains that Nepos the Nose handles the workers’ wages.
