Shein

Shein is a beverage from Solstheim that restores 25 Stamina but slows Stamina regeneration for a minute.

Shein is a beverage from Solstheim, introduced with the Dragonborn add-on and closely associated with the town of Raven Rock. It weighs 0.5 and is worth 10 gold, a little more than a typical bottle of mead or wine.

Effects

  • Restores 25 points of Stamina.
  • Stamina regenerates 30% slower for 60 seconds.

Like the alcoholic drinks of mainland Skyrim, it gives a quick burst of Stamina at the cost of slower recovery for a short while. It sits between Dragon’s Breath Mead (20 Stamina) and Black-Briar Reserve (30 Stamina) in strength.

Where to find it

Good to know

Shein cannot be cooked or brewed. If you need Stamina without the regeneration penalty, Restore Stamina potions do the job cleanly.

Where to find it

  • Sold by Garyn Ienth and Geldis Sadri.
  • Found around Raven Rock, especially on the lower-level shelves of The Retching Netch.
