Regenerate Magicka potions appear in game as Lasting Potency. Instead of an instant refill, they make your Magicka come back faster, from 50% quicker on the basic potion to twice the normal speed on the elixir. The standout feature is the duration: 300 seconds, five times longer than most fortify potions. For mages working through a long dungeon, one bottle keeps spells flowing for several encounters.

Where to find them
These are ordinary leveled potions. You can buy them from merchants who stock potions, and they turn up as loot in the world and in the inventories of other characters. Because they are leveled, the stronger tiers become more common as the Dragonborn gains levels. Every bottle weighs 0.5.
Brewing your own
With the Alchemy skill you can brew them from Dwarven Oil, Fire Salts, Garlic, Jazbay Grapes, Moon Sugar, Salt Pile and Taproot.
Mixing at an alchemy lab follows the usual rule: two or more ingredients must share an effect before anything useful comes out. Eating an ingredient reveals one of its properties (more with the Experimenter perk), and once an effect is known you can pick it straight from the lab menu instead of guessing.
Tips
These potions are also valuable to sell, as the table shows. For burst situations, Restore Magicka Potions refill you on the spot, while Fortify Magicka Potions enlarge the pool this potion refills.
