Honningbrew Mead is a bottled mead in Skyrim that shares its name with the Honningbrew brewing house. The trade-off is mild: the slowdown is short, so the instant 20 Stamina usually outweighs it. Drinking it right before a sprint or a few power attacks gets the most out of the bottle, while drinking it mid-fight and then waiting to recover works against you.
