The Traveling Dignitary is a nameless Nord woman who exists for one grim purpose: to be on the wrong end of a Dark Brotherhood contract. She’s one of ten recurring targets the Brotherhood can send you after, and her version shows up in Solitude.

The Dark Brotherhood Forever: after the main Dark Brotherhood storyline, contractors keep handing out radiant jobs, and the Traveling Dignitary is one of the possible names on the list. A contractor asks you to kill her, and that’s about all there is to her story.
Personality & relationships
We know nothing about her family, friends or business in town. What we do know is that she seems exhausted from the road.
Good to know
Like several other radiant targets, she unknowingly hints at her own fate when you approach, saying she’s so tired she could lie down and sleep forever. The Brotherhood would be happy to help.
