The Glass Battleaxe is a two-handed axe from the glass tier of Skyrim’s weapons, sitting above elven gear and just below ebony. It hits for 22 base damage, weighs 25 and is worth 900 gold, so it gives a heavy-weapon build a real jump in damage without costing a fortune.
Like the rest of the glass family it is made from
Refined Malachite and
Refined Moonstone. It pairs naturally with Glass Armor if you want the full green look.

Tips and notes
- Forging it needs Smithing 70 and the Glass Smithing perk, which also doubles the improvement when you temper it with Refined Malachite.
- For a lighter one-handed option from the same material, look at the Glass War Axe.
- If you want even more damage, the Ebony Battleaxe is the next step up.
