The Dragonbone Battleaxe is the end of the road for two-handed axes. Added in Dawnguard, it deals 26 base damage, weighs 30 and is valued at 3,000 gold – a serious chunk of bone for a serious fighter.
Dragonbone sits at the very top of the Smithing tree: you need Smithing 100 and the Dragon Armor perk to forge it. It pairs naturally with Dragonplate Armor for a heavy endgame build that wears and wields what it slew.
