Fortify Sneak potions carry the name Light Feet in game, and they do what the name promises: for 60 seconds you become harder to notice, by 10% on the weakest bottle and 25% on the elixir. Thieves slipping past guards, archers lining up an opening shot and anyone training Sneak can use that extra margin when a room is too crowded to cross unseen.

Where to find them
These are ordinary leveled potions. You can buy them from merchants who stock potions, and they turn up as loot in the world and in the inventories of other characters. Because they are leveled, the stronger tiers become more common as the Dragonborn gains levels. Every bottle weighs 0.5.
Brewing your own
The Alchemy skill lets you make them from Abecean Longfin, Beehive Husk, Frost Mirriam, Hawk Feathers, Human Flesh, Powdered Mammoth Tusk and Purple Mountain Flower. Pair any two to get the effect.
Mixing at an alchemy lab follows the usual rule: two or more ingredients must share an effect before anything useful comes out. Eating an ingredient reveals one of its properties (more with the Experimenter perk), and once an effect is known you can pick it straight from the lab menu instead of guessing.
Tips
A minute goes quickly, so drink right before the tricky stretch rather than at the dungeon entrance. Spells such as Muffle and Invisibility help cover the same ground, and Invisibility Potions are the next step up when being seen is not an option.
