Odar is a Nord cook who lives and works in the Blue Palace in Solitude. He spends his days slicing, dicing, baking and running errands for the palace – and listening.
Where to find them
He stays in the Blue Palace, mostly busy in and around the kitchens.
Personality & relationships
Odar’s secret weapon is being invisible. Nobody pays the cook any attention, so he overhears plenty of juicy gossip – and he’s happy to share his opinions. He reckons General Tullius is the one really running Solitude and that Elisif is just a figurehead.
He’s also openly nervous about the court wizard Sybille Stentor. According to Odar, the whole court of Falk Firebeard is terrified of her, and he finds it deeply suspicious that he has never once seen her eat. For a palace cook, that is apparently the most alarming thing a person can do.
Good to know
Steal from the Blue Palace and Odar may send hired thugs after you.
