This unnamed Redguard nobleman is one of the high-society guests dining with Emperor Titus Mede II during his stay in Solitude. He has no shop, no quest and no backstory – just an invitation to a dinner that goes very wrong.

You’ll find him in the Emperor’s Tower in Castle Dour, at the Emperor’s table.
Quests
To Kill an Empire: he’s among the nobles at the banquet. The guests make small talk about the murdered bride at the recent wedding and a young officer called Maro who was caught plotting an assassination, while the Emperor laughs it all off as isolated misfortune. Titus Mede then takes the first spoonful of the Potage le Magnifique – and if the Dark Brotherhood has had its way with the soup, the guests see the Emperor collapse and the guards turn on Gianna and the Gourmet.
Personality & relationships
He’s a courtly guest who chuckles politely at the Emperor’s quips. He dines alongside an Imperial nobleman and a noblewoman, and is essentially there to make the banquet look properly grand.
