Knud is a Nord child who lives on Katla’s Farm just outside Solitude. He is the son of the farmer Katla and her husband Snilling.
Where to find them
He spends his days around the farm with his parents, playing and doing whatever small jobs his mother hands him – helping with the goats is a highlight.
Personality & relationships
Knud is a cheerful farm kid with a big imagination: one of his favourite games is playing soldier with a tree, which his mother tolerates as long as he doesn’t stomp on the crops again. His parents don’t quite agree on his education. Snilling worries that the boy is a poor reader, while Katla shrugs that he won’t need books to work the land.
He has been raised to mind his manners, and tells you that his father insists on being polite to guests.
Good to know
If both of his parents die, Knud is sent to Honorhall Orphanage in Riften.
