Dreyla Alor

A gloomy young Dunmer in Raven Rock who helps run her father’s trading shop, hates island life and secretly dates Captain Veleth.
“You stuck in Raven Rock too? Horrible isn’t it.”

Dreyla Alor is a Dunmer villager of Raven Rock on Solstheim (Dragonborn). She is the daughter of Fethis Alor, and together they run a small trading shop in the struggling Dunmer colony. If you want to buy something, though, she will point you to her father.

Where to find them

She spends her time around the family shop in Raven Rock and is often seen in The Retching Netch. While Miraak’s influence grips the island, she joins the other villagers at the Earth Stone, working on it in a trance and sounding thoroughly brainwashed.

Personality & relationships

Dreyla is not shy about how she feels: she hates Solstheim. Open the shop, sell next to nothing, close the shop, sleep, repeat. She would happily take the first boat back to Morrowind, but she cannot bring herself to leave her father on his own after they lost her mother.

That loss is a painful one. The family once lived near the border of Black Marsh, where her mother served as a priestess of the New Temple, until Argonian raiders attacked the settlement and killed most of its people.

Her one bright spot is a secret romance with Captain Veleth of the Redoran Guard. She keeps it quiet because her father would not approve, while Veleth would rather come clean. Ask her about Miraak and she vaguely recalls a temple on the island, or perhaps a bad dream.

Good to know

Even if Fethis dies, Dreyla keeps telling customers to buy from him.
