The Stalhrim Mace is a one-handed mace from the Dragonborn add-on, carved from the enchanted ice of Solstheim. Its 16 base damage puts it level with the Daedric Mace, while weighing less.
It is the only mace in Skyrim with no flanges or spikes, giving it a clean, crystalline look that pairs nicely with Stalhrim Armor.
