The Orcish Mace is a brutish, spiked club of
orichalcum that deals 11 base damage. It weighs 15, is slower than a sword, but as maces go it delivers a solid early-to-mid game punch above its steel equivalent.
Orcish gear is the first stop on the heavy branch of the Smithing tree, so this mace is a natural fit for a one-handed warrior in Orcish Armor. Three orichalcum ingots, an
iron ingot and a leather strip are all it takes.

Tips and notes
- Improve it at a grindstone with an orichalcum ingot; Orcish Smithing doubles the improvement.
- Crafting requires Smithing 50 and the Orcish Smithing perk.
- Mace users who later move to heavier hitters can look at the Ebony Mace or Daedric Mace.
