The Glass Mace is a one-handed mace in Skyrim, sitting in the glass tier between elven and ebony gear. With 14 base damage it hits hard for a light-armor-themed material, though at 18 weight it is still a proper lump of a weapon.
Like the rest of the glass line it pairs naturally with Glass Armor, and it is a sensible pick for one-handed users who want mace damage before ebony and Daedric gear start turning up.

Where to find
- Unenchanted versions start appearing at level 27, enchanted ones from level 28 (very rarely as early as level 11).
- Sold by blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
- Carried by various enemies and found as random loot in chests or lying around the world.
- Fixed: at Northwatch Keep after level 27, on a weapon rack in the room where Thorald Gray-Mane is held.

Tips and notes
- Forging it needs Smithing 70 plus the Glass Smithing perk, and the same perk doubles improvements at the grindstone.
- Upgrades use Refined Malachite, so stock up if you plan to temper a full glass kit.
- The recipe also calls for one Refined Moonstone and a leather strip.
