The Nordic Battleaxe comes with the Dragonborn add-on and belongs to the carved Nordic weapon line of Solstheim. With 21 base damage it lands in the upper-middle tier for battleaxes and is well worth a look for two-handed builds.
It shares its style with Nordic Carved Armor, so a matching set is easy to put together if you already have the perk.
