Tips and notes
- Forging requires Smithing 30 and the Elven Smithing perk, which also doubles tempering gains with Refined Moonstone.
- Pre-enchanted versions cover the full range, from “of Consuming” up to “of Lightning” and “Virtuous”, appearing from level 20 to 25.
